Since 2014 Kestrel has delivered mechanical design and installation services for major capital projects, plant and equipment replacement, servicing, maintenance and repairs to this leading independent school in Surrey. The relationship is founded on understanding of the school environment, continuity of plant and equipment knowledge and Kestrel’s ability to provide an all encompassing service from design to maintenance.
Projects include:
Main-site boiler upgrade and repiping - replacing ageing boilers with efficient condensing gas plant.
Building services and controls for the school’s new build swimming-pool complex including WCs and showers for changing rooms
Servicing and maintenance of boilers, hot and cold water systems and water hygiene
