Following a call-out due to boiler failure to this commercial property comprising ground floor offices and private flats above, occupying a Victorian building in Central London, Kestrel carried out the necessary repairs and advised the client on replacing two life-expired gas boilers which were inefficient and failing.

 Kestrel provided a full survey, design, supply, installation and commissioning service to replace the obsolete boilers with new condensing units. We also resolved hot water and fluing issues impacting tenants in the building.

 A servicing and maintenance contract is now in place to keep the boilers operating at optimum performance.
